Pete Jones - Head Coach
In five seasons as Head Coach of the Bristol Aztecs, Jones has transformed the team from a competitive mid-tier program into a national powerhouse, culminating in a BritBowl XXXVII championship. Along the way, he earned two prestigious honors from the British American Football Coaches Association: the Fitzpatrick Coaches' Coach of the Year Award and the Adult Contact Coach of the Year Award.
James Wilford - Defensive Coordinator
Highlights of James' coaching career include being named the Bristol Aztecs' Defensive Coach of the Year in 2025, representing Great Britain as a coach at the international level, and winning his first BritBowl championship in 2025.
Rián Hudson - Offensive Coordinator
Hudson is entering his second season as Offensive Coordinator for the Bristol Aztecs after helping lead the team to the 2025 BritBowl championship. In 2026, he was recognized as the British American Football Coaches Association's Future Coach of the Year.
